While many people lose their minds over big business' Black Friday deals, we tend to prefer to do our shopping the following day, otherwise known as Small Business Saturday. Because so many people we admire are independent designers and makers (see: basically every post we've ever done), it's super important that we support their efforts. And the best way we can think to do just that is choosing to spend our money on them instead of giving it to huge corporations. It keeps their businesses going, but it also helps us choose totally unique, thoughtfully made gifts for our loved ones.
