An Tasty and Accessible Plant-Based Takeout Option Just Launched

An Tasty and Accessible Plant-Based Takeout Option Just Launched

First, LA-based biz Juice Served Here changed the game by offering delicious, unexpected cold-pressed concoctions (I'm personally addicted to the Cream Party, Green Milk, and Black Lemonade). Now they've partnered with DTLA wellness hub The Springs to bring plant-based prepared foods to all 12 of JSH's locations.

The handful of healthful but hearty dishes, which include a chocolatey chia pudding (yes please!), a mediterranean salad with almond feta, and spinach and egg breakfast sandwich on challah bread among other tasty to-go options, were especially designed by The Springs' talented Executive Chef Jasmine Shimoda with help from JSH's Culinary Director Gregg Drusinsky and many of them are variations of favorites from the eatery's recently revamped menu.

With prices that land between a $4 snack-sized portion of coconut oil-cooked popcorn flecked with nutritional yeast and a $12 macrobiotic-style salad, the dishes won't set you back too much for fresh and clean fare. Eating better just got a whole lot easier.
